Children’s Ministries
Registering for our various Children’s Ministries helps to prepare and properly staff programs. By completing and submitting the Children’s Ministry Registration Form, leadership is made aware of any allergies, photography requests and can be in contact with those registered if any changes in the schedule occurs.
If you are interested in registering for Tweens, Kids Possible or Monthly Children & Family Ministry Updates please email Stacy@Mayfieldchurch.org with the following information.
1. Child’s name
2. Child’s grade
3. Program in which they wish to sign up
4. Any allergies
5. Primary email address for information to be sent.
You will be contacted if more information is needed.
Children’s Sunday Morning Ministries
Registering for our various Children’s Sunday Morning Ministries helps to prepare and properly staff our Sunday classes. By completing and submitting the Children’s Sunday Morning Ministries Registration Form, leadership is made aware of any allergies, photography requests and can be in contact with those registered if any changes in the schedule occurs.
The Sunday Morning Children’s Leaders will have registration forms available to you in the classroom. If you would like a registration form sent to you, please email Megann@Mayfieldchurch.org.
