We are excited to invite you into Noah’s Ark. Each Sunday our staff and volunteers work hard to create a safe and nurturing experience. Sometimes depending on the size of the class and the number of infants, walkers may be moved next door into the Mustard Seed room so that they can roam safely. We know that leaving your infant can be overwhelming. The volunteers and staff in our Noah’s Ark room have been chosen for this age group because of their love for babies and their training to care for all the needs of your babies.

This is a fun and active stage in your child’s life. We are happy to have them move over to our Mustard Seed Room where we look forward to teaching them that God made them special and that He loves each one of them through short bible stories and hands on play. Each Sunday our staff and volunteers work hard to create a safe and fun experience. The doors will open 15 minutes prior Sunday Morning worship service times. The volunteers and staff in our Mustard Seed room have been chosen for this age group because of their love for toddlers and their passion for play. All of our volunteers go through a detailed screening, background check and adhere to the Mayfield United Methodist Church’s Child Protection Policy. Elementary-age kids are in a constant state of discovery. 252 BASICS invites kids to live out their new understanding of how to grow in relationship with God and with others.
Children begin by meeting in the front left section of the worship center and join the congregation in praise music, then follow the kids’ Church leaders to their classroom on the lower level, B38. Following the worship service, parents are invited to join their children in a family prayer before the children are dismissed to their parents.
