Dear Mayfield Church Families,
Mayfield Church is excited to begin a new phase in our Family Ministries. We believe that the pattern for evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, worship, and ministry laid out in Scripture is for the parents to be the primary spiritual trainer of their children. As a church, we will train you, equip you, encourage you and support you in the role as spiritual leader in your own home.
While we are committed to strong ministries for children and youth, our primary goal is to equip parents with training and tools to pass their faith along to their children. Beginning in September, the 2nd Sunday of every month at 9:30 a.m. (excluding December & April) will be a Faith@Home Sunday. Parents, along with their children of specific ages, are invited to these Faith@Home events as we use discussion and activities to focus on a particular spiritual area appropriate for a specific developmental stage. Watch the bulletin, newsletter or check the website to find out when it is your turn to attend one of our Faith@Home age specific events.
We believe that strong families make strong churches, and we invite you and your family to join us at Faith@Home. Let Mayfield Church partner with you to build a Faith@Home focused family.
