Mayfield Youth Theatre (MYT) is a non-profit youth theatre group run by an all volunteer staff as an outreach ministry of Mayfield Church. We were founded in 2004 with a vision to create a safe, supportive community in which students grades 6 to 12 can participate in the dramatic arts. Our actors and technicians are led and supported by professional actors, artists, dancers and designers who volunteer their skills to transform everyday kids into accomplished artists!

Every child regardless of race, wealth, or religious belief can find a home here; whether it’s on the stage or behind the scenes. MYT holds auditions in the end of August for our fall musical and in February for our spring non-musical. Our shows have no participation fees and everyone who auditions will be offered either a role or a technical crew position.
