At Mayfield UMC, you do not have to be a member to be married here.

We encourage you to come and worship with us, to allow God to be at the center of your relationship as you begin your life together.  Worshipping with the one you will spend your life with opens you to the ways Christ is at work within your relationship, and allows you to experience the support and love of the congregation as you begin your marriage.

 

As you prepare for this moment in your life, we want to not only prepare for your wedding day but for your marriage to last.   As you prepare for your wedding day you'll work with one of our pastors to complete several premarital counseling sessions.  The time will include getting to know the pastor, going through a relationship assessment, and planning your wedding worship service.
